<p><i>H_O</i>, observed heterozygosity; <i>H_E</i>, expected heterozygosity; <i>H_S</i>, gene diversity; <i>N_a</i>, mean numbers of alleles; <i>Ar</i>, allelic richness based on eight samples per population; MLGs, number of multilocus genotypes; #within, number of MLGs shared within a population; #among, number of MLGs shared among populations; <i>K</i>, index of global genotypic diversity (MLGs /<i>N</i>); <i>F_IS</i>, the inbreeding index.
