Analysis of serum antigen-specific-antibody responses.

<p>The levels of IgE, IgG₁ and IgG_2a in the OVA group are significantly higher than those in the control group. The injection of MSC via tail vein significantly reduced IgE level and slightly improved IgG₁ level. In contrast, IgG_2a production was dramatically improved in OVA+MSC group compared to OVA group.
