Generation of OCAM-deficient mice.

<p>(<b><i>A</i></b>): Gene targeting strategy to generate <i>OCAM</i>-deficient mice. The <i>pgk-neo</i> gene (Neo) flanked by loxP site and <i>tau-lac Z</i> gene (tau-LacZ) was inserted into the first exon of OCAM gene. H, Hind III; X, Xba I; pBS, pBluescript II.
