<p>In the heat map, rows are KEGG pathways and GO terms, and columns are drugs. The drug classes are the same as in <b><a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0126492#pone.0126492.t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a></b>. The matrix is row-wise normalized, and warmer colors represent higher enrichment scores. On the left side, there is a cluster corresponding to GPCR, but other small clusters are not very clear.
