ANKRD49 enhanced the transcriptional activity of NF-κB in serum-starved GC-1 cells.

<p>(A) GC-1/Con and GC-1/ANKRD49-Flag stable cells were transfected with an NF-κB–driven luciferase reporter and then cultured in serum-free medium with or without PDTC and BAY 11–7082 for 24 h. NF-κB activation was detected by luciferase reporter assay. Data are compared between indicated groups. n = 3; **<i>p</i> < 0.01.
