PCV2-neutralization antibody responses after vaccination with the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein.

<p>Serum samples from the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein-vaccinated groups at various times after vaccination were used to determine PCV2-neutraliztion antibody titers by using an end-point dilution reduction assay. Results represent mean absorbance values of each group sera samples ± SD from two independent experiments. Significant difference is expressed as <i>p</i><0.05 (*) for a comparison of the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein-vaccinated mice at the indicated time points.
