TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in serum of the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein-vaccinated mice.

<p>Serum samples from the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein-vaccinated groups at various times after vaccination were used to quantify TNF-α (A) and IFN-γ (B) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results represent mean absorbance values of each group sera samples ± SD from two independent experiments. Significant difference is expressed as <i>p</i><0.05 (*) for a comparison of the flagellin-Cap fusion and Cap protein-vaccinated mice, or of the Cap protein-vaccinated and non-vaccinated mice at the indicated time points.
