Effect of growing NCM460 cells in RF deficient and OS media on cell surface expression of the RFVT-3 protein.

<p>NCM460 cells were maintained (14 days) in RF deficient and OS media followed by performance of biotinylation assay. Equal amount of protein was loaded onto pre-made 4–12% mini-gel, and western blot was performed using anti-hRFVT-3 antibodies. The level of cell surface expression was normalized relative to the total amount of cellular hRFVT-3 protein. Inset shows representative western blot images.
