<p>Phylogenetic networks from nucleotide sequence alignments on complete genomes (A), the U<sub>L</sub> region (B), the Us region (C), and the IRs region (D) of the twenty-two ILTV strains were generated using SplitsTree. The multiple reticulate networks indicate the recombination events among ILTV strains. A bar indicates the sequence substitutions per site. The phi test did find statistically significant evidence for recombination (p < 0.001) in complete genome, the U<sub>L</sub> region, and the IRs region, whereas the evidence for recombination in the Us region was not significant (p > 0.05).</p
