H-rev107 inhibits POR-mediated decreased triglyceride content in stable HeLa cells.

<p>Stable HeLa cells were transfected with H-rev107 or empty expression vector for 24 h. Cells were washed and then incubated in 1% BSA/RPMI medium containing oleic acid for 3 h. Lipid droplets were stained with Nile Red and the quantitative analysis of Nile Red stained lipid droplet was shown (A). The glycerol in the media was determined by EIA (B).
