Hochzuckerhaltige Weidelgräser sind Neuzüchtungen von denen erwartet wird, dass die Grundfutterqualität verbessert wird und besonders die Verdaulichkeit erhöht ist. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war es, experimentell zu ermitteln inwieweit Hoch-Zucker-Gräsersorten die Verdaulichkeit und die Grundfutterqualität durch Verschiebungen der wasserlöslichen Kohlenhydrate (WlK) beeinflussen.
