<p>The Akt^Thr308,and Akt^Ser473 phosphorylation <b>as well as total Akt level</b> were higher in the alarin group than each diabetic control (DC). Three levels in the ala6-25Cys+alarin group (ala6-25Cys+Al) were higher than the ala6-25Cys group, but lower than the alarin group.
