Infectivity of WT and paromomycin-R promastigotes for primary peritoneal mouse macrophages.

<p><b>I</b>nfection indices are highest after 144h of cultivation for both strains,. There is no significant difference between WT and R for infectivity at the different time points (p>0.05). Results are expressed as the average ± the standard error of mean from three different experiments run in duplicate.
