Effects of RXR agonists on AtT20 cell/CV-1 cell proliferation and apoptosis.

<p>AtT20 cells were incubated for 96 hr either in the presence (100 nM, 1 μM, 5 μM, or 10 μM) or absence (control) of each RXR agonist, HX630 and PA024, respectively, before each assay. Effects of each RXR agonist on proliferation and apoptosis are shown in A, B and C, D, respectively. CV-1 cells were also incubated for 96 hr either in the presence or absence of HX630 as in AtT20 cells, and their proliferation (E) and apoptosis (F) were thereafter assayed.
