<p>(A) Distribution of summits of m⁶A peaks along transcripts. Each transcript was divided into three parts: -2Kb, CDS, +2Kb. Each part was divided into 100 bins, and the percentage of m⁶A summits of each bin was determined. Moving averages (4 bins) of summit percentage of newborn (red), suckling (green) and adult (blue) are shown.
