Phylogenetic relationship of the 18S rDNA of <i>Cryptosporidium</i> strains detected in chickens and turkeys in Germany.

<p>A mid-point rooted tree was generated based on the best fit substitution model (GTR+G) predicted by jModelTest 2.1.10 [<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0177150#pone.0177150.ref023" target="_blank">23</a>] using MrBayes as implemented in Topali v.2 [<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0177150#pone.0177150.ref024" target="_blank">24</a>]. A Bayesian tree was constructed with two independent runs each with 1,000,000 generations of MCMC simulations and a 10% burn-in. The phylogenetic tree was further edited by FigTree 1.4.2 (<a href="http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/" target="_blank">http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/</a>) and Inkscape 2.0 (Free Software Foundation, Inc., Boston, USA). Sequences generated in this study are written in blue.
