<p>A series of 7 and 6 EBV concentrations for Bam-W and LMP2 qPCRs, respectively, were prepared by spiking 1st WHO international standard in EBV DNA negative plasma. Each dilution was tested in 4 to 62 replicates. The number of replicates, positivity rate and corresponding probit value of each dilution is presented in supporting <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0183856#pone.0183856.s002" target="_blank">S2 Table</a>.
