<p>The IR sequences from 19 target/IS<i>1272</i> sets were searched using the database and are summarized in figures. Those for IS<i>1272</i> copy P1 are from the GN1/GN3 genomes. Terminal IRs in the target sequences are underlined. IS<i>1272</i> IR sequences with red nucleotides represent heterogeneous IRs; red nucleotides are divergent in the left and right IRs. Model A shows the results when the size of IRs is 16 bp; model B shows the results when the size of IRs is 16 bp or more.</p
