Asupan Lemak Total, Indeks Massa Tubuh dan Tekanan Darah pada Pegawai Laki-Laki Bukan Perokok Bagian Produksi di PT.Dewa Prabu Surakarta

Individual lifestyle will impact on health problems. An increase of abnormal blood pressure cause hypertension in employee that affects decreased producivity. High fat intake can influence levels of fat in blood so that will happen hoarding fat that going to clog blood vessels. High BMI can Increase the secretion renin by juxtaglomerular that will affect the blood pressure. The type of this research is descriptive research with case study that is observation of variable of total fat intake, body mass index and blood pressure in non-smoker male worker of production at PT. Dewa Prabu Surakarta.The number of subjects in this study were 38 respondents.Fat intake was obtaine using Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire in a month, BMI was obtaine through measurement of weight using scales and height using microtoice. Blood pressure was obtained from direct measurement using a sphygmomanometer by a nurse. The mean fat intake of respondents was 122.10 grams. The mean body mass index of respondents was 20.51. The mean systolic blood pressure of respondents was 122.10 mmHg, and the mean diastolic blood pressure was 81.31 mmHg. 23.7% of the total respondents classified as having a bad fat intake. 13.2% of the total respondents have IMT categories above the normal value. 47.4% of total respondents had high systolic blood pressure, and 26.3% of respondents had high diastolic blood pressure
