Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dengan Kinerja Karyawan

Employee performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by employees in accordance with the tasks in the field or profession accompanied by the responsibility to achieve the planning goals of an organization or company. Employee performance is the most important thing in organization or company because it can determine the success or failure of a company to achieve goals. One of the causes is the transformational leadership style. The purpose of this research is to: 1) Know the relationship between transformational leadership style with employee performance, 2) to know the level of employee performance in research subject, 3) to know the level of transformational leadership style on research subject, 4) to know the role of transformational leadership style with employee performance in within the company. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with the subject of 50 employees of PT. Three Musketeers.
