Kajian Yuridis Terhadap Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kemitraan Antara Pg. Gondang Baru PTPN IX Dengan Kelompok Tani Di Desa Daleman Tulung Klaten

The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the form and contents / construction of land lease agreement between PG. Gondang Baru PTPN IX with farmers' group in Daleman Tulung Klaten Village. 2) Recognizing the constraints arising in the implementation of land lease agreements between PGs. Gondang Baru PTPN IX with farmers' group in Daleman Village Tulung Klaten. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that: 1) The form and contents / construction of land lease agreement between PG. Gondang Baru PTPN IX with farmer's group in Daleman Tulung Klaten Village is executed in writing, the agreement contains clauses that set about time period, cost, payment procedure, rights and obligations, termination of agreement, force majeure, procedures for dispute resolution and legal domicile and other provisions. 2) Constraints in the execution of land lease agreements between PG. Gondang Baru PTPN IX with Kelompok Tani In Daleman Tulung Klaten Village there are no significant obstacles that can hamper the process of land lease agreement for the planting of sugar cane seedlings. Constraints experienced by PG. Gondang Baru PTPN IX in the execution of land lease agreement is the occurrence of force majeure. The state of force majeure is a state in which the agreement is not executed because things are completely unexpected, such as natural disasters
