Decolorization is process of color destruction or color density removal. White Rot Fungi has good bioremediation capability and eco-friendly, one of them is decolorization. The aim of study was to investigate the potency of 5 isolates white rot fungi from Merbabu mountain to decolorizing of synthetic dyes Blue-R and Orange in solid medium of PDA. This research is an experimental research using Randomized Complete Design with 2 factors, first factor is isolates and second factor is dyes with two repetitions. Analyzed by using qualitative descriptive.The parameter of this research is clear zone formed on medium. The results showed that not all isolates could decolorize of Blue-R and Orange dyes.
