This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, career development, leadership on the performance of employees with motivation as mediating variables. The sample in this study were employees Girisuka funds in Wonogiri totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis methods digunakana is normality test, multicollinearity, heteroskedasitas test and test multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study the data meet for normal distribution.
