This study examines the effect of self efficacy on employee engagement and employee performance on the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Regional V Surabaya. This research is motivated by the importance of self efficacy in order to increase employee engagement and employee performance. Employee performance can be influenced by many factors including self efficacy and employee engagement. High employee performance will determine the success of the company, the company will be able to survive in a competitive environment if supported by employees who have enthusiasm and good ability to work.
