Report from the US based Action Group on Food Security consisting of Robert O. Blake as Chairman, David E. Bell, Jessica Tuchman Mathews, Robert S. McNamara, and M. Peter McPherson. The report, written principally by Montague Yudelman, stresses the importance of international agricultural research for food security and the need for increased financial support to this research and the CGIAR in particular.
