will have noticed that this latest edition of Spore has a new content and style to make it even more useful and easy to read. We particularly want to make Spore more accessible to its readers in the ACP. Thus this issue, No 63, sees the start of a new section Mailbox so that our readers can let us know their reactions to, and make comments and suggestions on, the information published in Spore. Letters for publication will be chosen by the editors depending on their interest to other readers. In the Mailbox section we will also publish some selected extracts of the items dealt with by the 'Question and Answer' service of CTA which are of general interest for Spore readers. Readers are invited to send queries and problems to the 'Question and Answer' service and submit short articles about agriculture and development in the ACP countries. Articles of general interest will be in the 'In Brief' section (formerly 'Newslines'. These articles should be sent to the editors of Spore at the address given on the back page. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned to the authors.
