Lack of activity is one factor that participated slah berperean that cause insulin resistance in diabetes mellitus type II and A diet is the behavior of a human or group of humans in meeting the need for food that includes the attitudes, beliefs and choice of food. research purposes is to analyze the relationship patterns of physical activity and diet with blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus in Poli Disease Hospital Arc of Love GMIM Manado. The research method used is descriptive analytic cross sectional study. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with 75 samples. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Processing data using SPSS program with Pearson correlation test with significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results using Pearson correlation analysis demonstrated an association patterns of physical activity and diet with blood sugar levels (p = 0.000) Conclusion correlation patterns of physical activity and diet with blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus in Poli Disease Hospital Arc of Love GMIM Manado
