Perlunya Paradigma Baru Dalam Pemberdayaan Perguruan Tinggi Dalam Konteks Pembangunan Bangsa

The low budget and equal opportunity in education which become the orientation of the education policies are resulted in the quality of universities in Indonesia which were lower than other Asian universities. Consequently, the development of professional human resources would not go smoothly. To resolve this, the government needs to apply a new paradigm to develop the universities by changing the orientation of education development policy, increasing the educational budget as well as declaring the universities as the center of nation developmen
