The difference between the influence of the progressive learning approach with the repetitive learning approach to learning the results of field hockey shooting skills, (2). Difference learning outcomes field hockey shooting skills among high motor ability and low motor ability (3). Interaction between learning approach to motion capabilities of the learning skills of shooting field hockey Research conducted at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, State University of Medan. The experiment was conducted with experimental methods, 2x2 factorial design. The amount of the sample 40 people from a population of 98 people. The sampling technique with the purposive sampling. Variable study consists of two independent variables namely: manipulatip variables: the progressive method of teaching approaches and methods of the repetitive learning approach, namely atributip variables: the ability of high motor ability and low motor ability as well as the dependent variable ie: learning outcomes field hockey shooting skills. Data collection techniques with Test and Measurement, barrow motor ability test, the data field hockey shooting skills to the test goal shooting - straight, right, left. Techniques of data analysis using analysis of variance (ANAVA) view of significance level α = 0.05. Based on the results of research can be concluded: 1). There is a difference between the influence of the progressive learning approach with the repetitive learning approach to learning the results of field hockey shooting skills.This is evidenced from the value of Fcalculated = 13.25 > Ftable = 4.11. From further analysis it was found that the progressive learning approach is better than the repetitive method which is evidenced by an average score of 53.20 and 46.73. 2) There is a difference in learning outcomes field hockey shooting skills of a significant difference between students who have high and low motor mobility. This is evidenced from the value of Fcalculated = 5.38 > Ftable = 4.11. Further analysis of the results obtained from studying the field hockey shooting skills in students who have a high movement capability is better than having a low motor mobility, with an average score of 52.03 and 47.90. 3).
