SURVEI CEPAT GAMBARAN BEBERAPA KARAKTERISTIK KEPALA KELUARGA KAITANNYA DENGAN KEPEMILIKAN RUMAH SEHAT DI KELURAHAN SENDANGMULYO KECAMATAN MINGGIR KABUPATEN SLEMAN JUNI 2004DESCRIPTION OF SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF FAMILY HEAD IN RELATION TO HEALTHY HOUSE OWNWERSHIP IN SENDANGMULYO VILLAGE MINGGIR SUBDISTRICT SLEMAN DISTRIC REGENCY JUNE 2004 (RAPID SURVEY)

Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan mendasar manusia yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian dan digunakan sebagai tempat berlindung atau bernaung dan tempat untuk beristirahat, sehingga menumbuhkan kehidupan yang sempurna baik fisik, rokhani maupun sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran karakteristik kepala keluarga (pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, pengetahuan dan sikap ) dan kepemilikan rumah sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei cepat dengan pendekatan studi kros seksional, dengan jumlah populasi 1898 kepala keluarga. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara PPS (Probability Proportionate to size)dengan bantuan program Csurvei maka di dapat sampel sebesar 210. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik dengan melihat hasil CI 95% dan ROH. Proporsi responden yang memiliki rumah sehat ditemukan pada pendidikan lanjutan (87,47%), status bekerja (65,26%), pendapatan > Rp.360.000,00 (86,14%), pengetahuan baik (73,58%),sikap baik (63,92%). Nilai CI dengan interval lebar terjadi pada pendapatan ( Rp 360.000,00 dengan nilai 41,186-55,004).Nilai CI dengan interval sempit terjadi pada pekerjaan (tidak bekerja dengan nilai 6,423-12,624,bekerja dengan nilai 87,376-93,577). Semua nilai ROH mendekati 0 berarti responden penyebarannya merata diantara klaster. Kesimpulan yaitu proporsi kepala keluarga yang memiiki rumah sehat sebesar 60% dan yang tidak memiliki rumah sehat 40%. Dengan demikian dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang karakteristik lain yang mempengaruhi kepala keluarga terhadap rumah sehat dengan memperdalam lagi variabel yang diteliti seperti : kebudayaan, kondisi geografi, dan variabel lainnya yang mempengaruhi kepala keluarga dengan kepemilikan rumah sehat. House is one of human's basic need which ha function as a residence and used as a place to hide and take a rest, so that it grows a perfect life either physical, mental or social. The aim of the research is to know the description of characteristic of the familiy head (education, job, income, knowledge and attitude)and healthy house ownership. This is a descriptive research using rapid sutvey method with cross sectional study approach, with the amount of population was 1898 family head. The sample was performed using PPS (Probability Proportionate to Size)with the assistance of C Survey program, so it was obtained a sample in the amount of 210. The data was analyzed by descriptive analitic by calculating the Rate of Homogenity (ROH)and CI 95%. The respondent's proportion having healthy house was founded at high education (87,47%), work status (65,26%), income which is more than Rp.360.000,00 (84,14%),good knowledge((73,58%), good attitude (63,92%). The Convident Interval (CI) with large interval was founded at income which is less Rp 360.000,00 (44,996-58,814), income which is more than Rp. 360.000,00 (41,186-55,004). Confident Interval (CI) with narrow interval was founded at work status (not working 6,423-12,624, working 87,376-93,577). The Rate of Homogenity (ROH) is nearly 0, it means that level of dispersion is truly balance at each cluster. The conclution is the proportion of family head having healthy house was in the amount of 60% and who has no healthy house were in the amount of 40%. Thus, it is suggested to perform research much further about another characteristics affecting the family head withy healthy house ownership by broadening the examined variabels, such as : a culture, geography condition, and another variabels effecting the family head healthy house ownership.
