The research work is undertaken to find the importance of intra organisational relationship in the company and its relevance on organisational effectiveness. The article emphasizes the collaborative workforce within a single organisation. The main objective of the study is to assess the level of Communication, Participation, Relationship and Motivation for the employees to what extent influences the effectiveness of the organisation. Simple Random Sampling method is adopted with 100 employees from various manufacturing companies, Chennai. The primary data were collected from questionnaire.
