The frequency of accessory nipples in black Americans is almost eight times greater than in white European patients. Association of a wide range of abnor-malities with supernumerary nipples in whites has, thus far, not been our expe-rience in black Americans. SUPERNUMERARY OR ACCESSORY NIPPLES are relatively common in the black neonate. In the past, in whites, vertebral anom-alies ’ and cardiac arrythmia ’ have been reported to be associated with this condition. In 1979, K.
