The last several years saw the rise of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as an important business approach. CRM involves all of the corporate functions (marketing, manufacturing, customer services, field sales, and field service) required to contact customers directly or indirectly. The paper describes a research methodology, which is specialized at the diagnostics of the level of Slovak companies in the CRM area. For better understanding value of the research medium and large businesses had been addressed. The paper presents all results of question research and is focused to base results, which evaluate a level of Slovak companies in the CRM area
