Various species of bacteria live on human skin, gastrointestinal tract, in the nasopharynx and other parts of the body with less potential for caus-ing disease because of first line defense within the body. Skin abrasion due to surgical procedure, trauma, burns, diseases, nutrition and other factors affect this first line defense and leads to microbial contamination results from country to country, but also vary from one hospital to another within the same country [2]. The problem of hospital acquired infection remains a serious health hazard worldwide.
