Eagle Crest Energy Company (ECEC) is proposing to use groundwater wells in the Desert Center area as water supply for its Pumped Storage Project (Project). ECEC will need water to initially fill the Project reservoirs and provide annual make-up water from evaporation and seepage. Based on preliminary analysis, three groundwater wells will be used to provide water for filling the Project reservoirs. This technical memorandum presents the analysis to estimate pipe and pump sizes, construction costs, and power costs.
