Workers are the main assets of the organization, thereby, having a look at some ways that may interfere with their productivity, represents a strategic move. Thus, we aimed to investigate the frequency of certain factors which interfere in the work of the employees, such as: health problems / illnesses, existence of a sick family member, financial problems, work environment, psychological / emotional and sleep problems. The research was conducted in a manufacturing industry located in the Valley of Paraiba, where a form was applied to a sample of 125 employees.
