The workers are the main asset of the organization, thereby, have a look in some ways that may interfere with the productivity of these represents a strategic move. Thus, we aimed to investigate the frequency certain factors interfere in the work of the employees, these factors are: health problem / illness, existence of a sick family member, financial problems, work environment, problems psychological / emotional and sleep. The research was conducted in a manufacturing industry located in the Valley of Paraiba, where a form was applied to a sample of 125 employees.
