Abstract — Bamboo is a board group of over 1250 species, belongs to grass family. It may have a potential as bio energy for production of biomass drive fuel. As the energy consumption rate increases by every year and about 80 % of world’s energy depends on petroleum. Bio fuel may be an alternative source of energy up to the future. Previously ionic liquids have shown good solubility of lignocelluloses mass [1]. The regenerated product has more surface area for enzymes for enzymatic hydrolysis. This paper presents the solubility of finely grind bamboo powder in 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium Chloride and study of reduced crystalline structure on regeneration by anti-solvent
