He has conducted the number of projects related to human resources development and information technology with public and private sectors. In particular, he is responsible for managing e-learning projects in the UFJI including e-learning consulting and developments of e-learning contents. For example, he developed e-learning contents to promote strategic use of e-learning for UFJI’s corporate members that are more than 10,000 companies.
