The proposed project would include the development of 4 separate office/warehouse buildings totaling 144,502 square feet on a site that is approximately 9.25 acres in size. The proposed project would provide approximately 191 parking spaces and would be served by public water and sewer. See Figure 1 for location of the project site and Figure 2 for a Site Plan of the proposed project. Environmental Setting and Surrounding Land Uses The site is a vacant property, generally level with little vegetation and contains no trees. Vegetation on the site is composed of annual grasses and forbs.
