Planned unit development

This project is a planned unit developement located five miles west of Muncie, Ind.. The site is a fifty-two acre corn field surrounded by residental developements.The proposed developement will place 60 condominiums on the top twenty-seven acres and 300 apartments on the southern twenty-five acres.The units will be clustered together to allow for larger open areas. Approx. nine acres of the site is unsuited for building. It is suggested that this area be dug out to form a lake. The site will be heavily landscaped.
