Evaluation of Employees' Recruitment and Selection Systems in a Selected Organization

Import 23/08/2017Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, personální činnosti související se získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců, budou charakterizovány jednotlivé metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, právní rámec problematiky a stručně vymezena problematika politiky zaměstnanosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na společnost VIPS gas s. r. o., její obecnou charakteristiku, organizační strukturu, bude popsán současný způsob získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jeho aktualizace v rámci realizace personálních činnosti v rámci pracovní stáže autorky ve společnosti. V práci budou také vyčísleny náklady na nově získaného a vybraného zaměstnance. V rámci organizace byly vedeny nestrukturované rozhovory s pracovníky organizace, deduktivní metodou byly vyhodnocovány nedostatky současného systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a kvalitativní metodou byly vyhodnocována data v rámci vyčíslování nákladů spojených s danou problematikou. Z interpretace zjištěných údajů vychází závěrečná část s návrhy a doporučeními pro organizaci na zlepšení dosavadního systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the system of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts, personnel activities related to the collection and selection of employees, the individual methods of recruitment and selection of employees, the legal framework of the issue and the short description of the employment policy. The practical part is focused on VIPS gas Inc., its general characteristics and organizational structure. It will describe the current way of recruiting and selection of employees and updates of this process as part of the realization of personal activities during the author’s internship in the given company. The cost of newly recruited and selected employees will also be quantified. Unstructured interviews with organization staff were conducted within the organization, the deductive method evaluated the shortcomings of the current system of recruitment and selection of employees, and the qualitative method was used to evaluate the data in terms of enumeration of costs associated with the issue. The final part of the interpretation of the data is based on proposals and recommendations for the organization to improve the existing recruitment and selection system.115 - Katedra managementuvelmi dobř
