Optimization of Remuneration and Motivation of Employees in a Selected Company

Import 04/11/2015Tato bakalářská práce je věnována motivačním a odměňovacím procesům ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je udělat analýzu motivování a odměňování ve firmě a navrhnout zlepšení těchto procesů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, týkající se motivování a odměňování a v praktické části je charakteristika vybrané firmy a výzkum, který se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Závěr je navržení řešení pro zlepšení motivačních a odměňovacích procesů ve firmě.This bachelor work is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration processes in the selected company. The main goal is to make an analysis of motivation and remuneration in the company and make a suggestion to improve these processes. In the theoretical part are explained the basic concepts that are related with motivation and remuneration and in the practical part is the chosen company described and the research, that contains of questionnaire and interview..
