Object and tasks of work: The aim of this work was to evaluate the various conditions the cows are housed, and how that change the quality of the milk. Tasks of work : 1. To evaluate the cow housing conditions. 2. To investigate the differences in milk quality indicators. 3. To investigate the possible influence of cow housing conditions of milk qualitative indicators. 4. To analyze the negative factors affecting the quality of milk.
