The numerical technique for prediction of anisotropic viscoelastic properties of orthogonally fiber reinforced composite material

Представлено методику отримання в’язкопружних властивостей ортогонально армованого композиційного матеріалу за відомими пружними властивостями скляних волокон та в’язкопружними властивостями епоксидного наповнювача. Метод складається у серії чисельних експериментів на одновісне розтягування та зсув представницького об’єму композиту з подальшим отриманням змінної у часі матриці жорсткості, безрозмірні компоненти якої можуть бути порівняні у часі. Проаналізований ступінь анізотропії в’язкопружних властивостей композиту для різних відносних концентрацій волокон та отримані змінні у часі технічні константи матеріалу.The paper presents a technique for obtaining the viscoelastic properties of an orthogonally reinforced composite material considering an elastic properties of glass fibers and viscoelastic properties of epoxy matrix. The method consists in a series of experiments under the representative volume of composite that results in a time-dependent stiffness matrix which can be rearranged to a relaxation tensor of the composite material. Dimensionless comparison of the components of the stiffness matrix shows the different level of anisotropy of viscoelastic properties of composite for different concentration ratio of fibers. It increases with an increasing concentration ratio of fibers. The obtained results indicate that the standard way of an accounting of the viscoelasticity does not reflects them well enough for the orthogonally reinforced composite material
