The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of financial literacy of high school students. The level of financial literacy is currently more and more discussed issue due to the potential threats leading from the ignorance of financial literacy. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is used for explaining and defining basic terms from the field of financial literacy. It includes e.g. norms of financial literacy, annual percentage rate (APR), inflation, budget etc. The content of the practical part is based on a survey of a level of financial literacy made at chosen high schools.
