This paper explores the applicability of the software prototype developed for personalized access to semantically enriched art collection of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam in a different environment – city rather than museum. As a case study we take Amsterdam, a World Heritage City, i.e. a city that includes urban areas designated as World Heritage (WH).
