Conditions for the development of effective pedagogical cooperation in a pre-school education institution

Darba autore – Inga Strelča, docentes un vadošās pētnieces Sanitas Baranovas vadībā, izstrādāja kvalifikācijas darbu ar tematu “Efektīvas pedagoģiskās sadarbības veidošanas nosacījumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt efektīvas pedagoģiskās sadarbības būtību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darba autore analizē un pēta mūsdienu pieejamo psiholoģijas, pedagoģijas literatūru un rakstus, iekļaujot arī dažādas šo nozaru, klasiķu atziņas un secinājumus, kas līdz šim nav mainījušies. Pēdējos gados uzskati un vispārpieņemtās normas par pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes un vecāku lomām ir mainījušies, mainoties līdzi laikam, tādēļ uzmanība tiek pievērsta tieši jaunākajiem pētījumiem un rakstiem par šo tēmu. Teorētiskajā daļā autore apskatīja sadarbības jēdziena būtību, saprotot, kas ir sadarbība un kā tā ir interpretēta dažādos literatūras avotos, izzinot galvenos priekšnoteikumus veiksmīgas sadarbības veidošanai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Tālāk tika apskatītas sadarbības formas un metodes. Tika analizēta citu valstu un pašmāju pieredze sadarbības veidošanā, analizējot dažādus pētījumus. Empīriskajā pētījumā tika izveidotas anketas, lai noskaidrotu pirmsskolas pedagogu un vecāku viedokli par to, kas ir efektīva pedagoģiskā sadarbība un šķēršļus, kas traucē veidot šo sadarbību, kā arī tika veikts vecāku novērojums, lai noskaidrotu ikdienas paradumus komunikācijā ar pedagogu. Darbs sastāv no 48 lappusēm, kurās iekļauti 13 attēli un 1 tabula, kā arī 2 pielikumi.The author of the work, Inga Strelca, assistant professor and leading researcher under the guidance of Sanita Baranova, developed a qualification work on “Conditions for the development of effective pedagogical cooperation in a pre-school education institution”. The aim of the work is to explore the nature of effective pedagogical cooperation in the pre-primary education institution. The author analyses and studies the psychology, pedagogical literature and articles that are available today, including a variety of sectoral, classified lessons and conclusions that have not changed so far. In recent years, views and generally accepted rules on the role of pre-school education institutions and parents have changed with time, so attention is focused on the latest studies and articles on the subject. In the theoretical part, the author examined the substance of the concept of cooperation, understanding what cooperation is and how it has been interpreted in different sources of literature, understanding the main preconditions for the development of successful cooperation in pre-school education. The forms and methods of cooperation were examined below. The experience of other countries and countries in developing cooperation was analysed in the analysis of different studies. The empirical study established questionnaires to clarify the views of pre-school teachers and parents on what constitutes effective pedagogical cooperation and barriers to the development of this cooperation, as well as parental observation to find out everyday habits in communication with the educator.
