Improvement of cooperation skills will play in the middle age in the pre-school pedagogical process

Vārds, uzvārds: Ieva Bagātā Bakalaura darba nosaukums: Sadarbības prasmju pilnveide spēlēs vidējā vecumposmā pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Darba mērķis: analizēt vidējā vecumposma bērnu sadarbības prasmju pilnveidi spēlēs pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka: 1) nepieciešamība pēc kolektīva darba, sapratnes, tolerances un sadarbības cilvēku sabiedrībā, lai efektīvi risinātu mūsdienu problēmas; 2) pēc pirmsskolas izglītības vadlīnijām vienas no prasmēm, kas jāpilnveido pirmsskolā ir sadarbības prasmes. Pētījuma problēma: Kā visefektīvāk veicināt sadarbības prasmju pilnveidi pirmsskolā, ņemot vērā pirmsskolas pedagoģisko procesu, noteicošo darbību konkrētajā vecumposmā, aktuālo mācību saturu, mūsdienu situāciju un pirmsskolas skolotāja iespējas? Rezultāti un secinājumi: Spēles pirmsskolā var veicināt sadarbību, ja tās tiek spēlētas pāros vai grupās un spēlētājiem ir kopīgs mērķis. Dažādos pētījumos par sadarbības veicināšanu ir atšķirīgi rezultāti. Šajā darbā, organizējot spēles un veicot pedagoģisko novērojumu 3 nedēļas, vairāku bērnu sadarbības prasmju rādītāji uzlabojās. Aptaujājot citus pedagogus un analizējot iegūtos datus, neuzrādījās tieša mijsakarība starp spēļu spēlēšanu un sadarbības prasmēm, bet parādās sakarība starp skolotāja organizētām spēlēm un spēlēm pēc bērnu iniciatīvas, kā arī pozitīva mijsakarība starp sociālo iekļaušanu grupā un konfliktu risināšanas prasmēm. Aptaujāto vidū vispopulārākās sadarbības spēles bija aktīvās un sporta spēles. Mūsdienās īpaši aktuālas ir galda spēles, datorspēles un spēles brīvā dabā. The goal of the work: to analyze the improvement of cooperation skills of middle preschool-age children through games in the preschool pedagogical process. Topicality: 1) The necessity for collective work, mutual understanding, tolerance, and cooperation in human society in order to effectively solve nowadays problems; 2) According to the guidelines of pre-school education, one of the skills to be improved in pre-school is cooperation skills. Research question: How to encourage the development of cooperation skills in preschool most effectively, considering preschool pedagogical process, the leading activity in the particular age, nowadays curriculum, the current situation in the world, and the abilities of a preschool teacher? Results and conclusions: Games in preschool can positively influence collaboration skills if they are played in pairs or groups and participants have a common goal. Different researches on collaboration skills show different results. This study included organizing games and conducting pedagogical observation in a time period of 3 weeks and the result indicates several children showed improvement in collaboration skill scores. When interviewing other educators and analyzing the data, it did not show a direct correlation between play and collaboration skills, but there is a correlation between teacher-led and children's-initiated games, as well as a positive correlation between social inclusion and conflict resolution skills. Among the respondents, the most popular cooperation games were active and sports games. Nowadays especially relevant are board games, computer games, and outdoor games.
