Promoting social skills for children aged 5 – 6 in preschool

Pētījuma mērķis: teorētiski izzināt un praktiski noskaidrot, ar kādām pedagoģiskajām metodēm un paņēmieniem var sekmēt 5 – 6 gadus vecu bērnu sociālās prasmes pirmsskolā. Kvalifikācijas darba laikā ir veikts teorētiskais un praktiskais pētījums par 5 – 6 gadus vecu bērnu sociālo prasmju veicināšanu pirmsskolā. Pētījuma laikā tika veikta bērnu novērošana, viņu sadarbība pāros un apakšgrupās. Pētījuma daļā tika izstrādāti kritēriji, lai izvērtētu katra bērna sociālās prasmes. Pētījuma izstrādes laikā hipotēze: “5 – 6 gadus vecu bērnu sociālās prasmes tiks sekmētas, ja plānojot un organizējot mācību procesu pirmsskolā, tiks izvēlētas un izmantotas tādas pedagoģiskās metodes, kas atbilst bērnu interesēm un vajadzībām”, apstiprinājās. During the qualification work, a theoretical and practical study has been carried out about the development of communication skills of children aged 5 to 6 years old. During the study children, their cooperation in pairs and subgroups were monitored. In the part of the research, criteria were developed for the evaluation of each children's cooperation skill. During the development, the hypothesis that children's social skills between the ages of 5 and 6 will be promoted if the planning and organization of the teaching process in the preschool will select and use such pedagogical techniques that are in line with the interests and needs of the children, was approved.
